  Ordered on the 16th of June 2025. Dispatched on the 19th of June. Received via Amazon on the 20th of June. Arrival dates stipulated 23rd - 30th of June so very happy this arrived earlier. I also received 2 instead of 1. Not sure why? But over all very happy with seller. I thoroughly recommend them. I haven't tried this product yet but I have tried other Dr. Beckmann products and I've never been disappointed.

  The product was never shipped. The seller took no action despite not having the item. No message was sent, and only later did they claim to be on vacation — yet they keep accepting orders with a promise of 3-day delivery. Very unprofessional and misleading. I do not recommend this seller.

  Sent me cheaper lower spec heater. Hopes you will keep and not return .delays comunication . Con man you have been warned. Did offer partial refund but never sent. This is not a trusted seller.he is a scammer. Worst seller in my 20yr ebay history.
