  Seller FALSELY listed item as “New in Box”—it arrived USED, MISSING parts, and INCLUDED RUSTY NAILS. When confronted, he promised a full refund, then VANISHED. Days later, he insulted me with a $40 credit on a $112 order. This was a bait-and-switch SCAM, plain and simple. The listing was FRAUDULENT, the product was JUNK, and the seller’s behavior was DISHONEST and MANIPULATIVE. Buyer beware: this seller cannot be trusted. AVOID at all COSTS!

  The item was listed as new in box, it was actually used in an open box and arrived with connection screws and pieces missing along with the edge having been sawed. Seller offered a refund that day, and that was the only communication I received from them despite sending several questions. Seller waited until the last day to send return authorization. I returned the pieces. Seller waited until the last day to issue refund. Very poor customer service! The entire process took 1 month. Beware!

  Genuine OEM, as described in new condition, great price, fast shipping, box was slightly worn but the vacuum itself had no marks. Vacuum works extremely well, very pleased overall. Positive experience with seller. Will purchase from again in the future. Thank you!

  Item is in outstanding, brand new condition. The box was a little tattered but contents were complete and in good condition. Looks great. Excellent quality and great value for the price. Shipping was the most expedient I've experienced (3 day delivery!). Great seller, A+++.
