    One day after ebays estimated delivery date, you open a case and demand a refund. I have your magnet in the mail within 24 hrs yet I get the blame when it takes too long to get there. It's with USPS. It will arrive and when it does - enjoy your free magnet. Four ????'s is not really communication. grow up.
