  Pete from the magnet supplier has been in touch and explained that the order was dispatched promptly and the delay is with Royal Mail. Being short of stock, Pete has kindly offered a more expensive alternative magnet at the same price. He could not have been more helpful. Not so sure about Royal Mail, as I have a similar problem with another Ebay order.

  Hi Firstly i was unaware of this , and had no message from you asking about delivery, we post same day on 24hr postage, i will investigate but would assume lost in the post, i will then fully refund , i think negitive is very harsh without even contacting the seller to allow them to resolve this issue or giving them a chance to put right, Royal mail do actually lose parcels now and then more now nowadays.

  Great seller, as I ordered the smallest magnet in his range, he contacted me to make sure I had not mistaken the size. But I assured him it was OK. Not many would do that. Items arrived in good time, well packed and undamaged, very pleased and will do more business.
