  headphones are brand new sealed package. USPS bungled the shipping but after contacting the seller, it was straightened out. Very good seller!!! would buy from again.

  Seller is a great communicator and easy to talk to, product looks pretty great too. Only reason I’m giving it a bit of a down is just because the food pedal was so mashed when I got it :( I wished they elaborated on the condition of it even if it’s still functional, it’s completely cracked in the front and back.   The player arrived quickly and safely, due to the sufficient packaging. It was as described and basically like-new. Due to some user-error, I wasn't sure how to set up the system, and the seller was quick and friendly to help me with a missing step when I messaged them. Recommend!
