  Contacted seller about item being damaged when shipped. It was packed in a bubble wrap bag inside another bubble wrap bag.( for a collector tin i felt it wasnt packed well.) He said it was my responsibility to go to the post office and take it up with them. I went to the post office and they said seller needed to contact them to start the process. Seller never responded to me when i told him this. Disappointed... collectable damaged
