  The item NEVER arrived, I had to contact the seller to acquire the refund. the seller did fully return the amount of my purchase. I would rather of had the item, this was NOT an option available to me.

  I think the thing you miss in this equation is I would rather you have the item as well. The Post Office sucks. I have now eaten the cost of the item and the shipping I paid to get it to you. The reason you had to contact me to acquire a refund is because I didn't know the item wasn't delivered until you reached out. If you will look back through your messages with me I let you know I was checking with my mail carrier about the package. When she had no answer, I refunded.
