  I was missing one of my prints. I contacted Mandy and she responded, literally within about 10 mins. She sincerely apologized & said she would send the missing one immediately. It took about 3 weeks to receive, but its Christmas time so the delay didn't worry me. I've bought several prints from her for small gifts & will continue to do so.
