    Was not informed it was a pre order until after purchase, date for delivery was June 12th, haven't had any updates on why it hasn't arrived or a new prediction on when it might, overall very disappointed

    Disappointing to receive neutral feedback from a new buyer (0 feedback) who overlooked that the item was clearly marked as a PRE-ORDER in both the title and description. We also messaged them to explain the process. Despite their oversight, we issued a prompt refund. Unfair to be penalized for something what we were transparent about and disclosed in title and listing.
