I’m glad I opted for the cold box upgrade, because I think it made a difference with the postal delay. The seller was prompt answering my questions about the order status .

The PO tracking said that they didn't receive the package until the day before I was supposed to get it. I understand that stuff happens, but no communication from seller and no update on arrival/tracking, so they ended up sitting in the hot sun on my porch all afternoon. But everything survived and looks good, so just be aware that shipping may be slow.

After 6 business days of him not shipping the item, I messaged and waited about 8 hours and got no response. So then I opened up an item not recieved case as it had been 10 days and the item still hasn’t shipped. Can’t get a refund from them as they are just wasting time on both ends. Now they’re waiting for time to expire since opening the item not received case. Terrible seller! Avoid!
