  Vase is horrible. Possibly a tag sale purchase. Has been spray painted over original (poorly) and then hand painted (very poorly) over that. I advised seller who is unconcerned. No returns. No refunds. To send it back and pay shipping would net me around $4. Not worth my time or effort. Vase going into trash. A complete ripoff. There is no way that seller couldn't see the paint showing through from the original vase. This makes me very hesitant to purchase on here again.
