  Took days to ship. Sent a stone that is cannot even kind of be considered as similar to the listing. Barely respond to messages. Won’t send a label to return despite it being not as described. Waiting days for eBay to step in now. Utterly disgraceful.

  The diamond cross is really very nice for the money. I am giving a 5 star BUT? I did state a 16" chain and an 18" was sent. Bottom line, look at it as a free chain and buy one that you can inspect somewhere. The chain is super thin and I almost don't trust it... The cross on the other hand is clear and worth buying from this company. I like the the way the cross has the loop for the chain lower on the top so the chain loop is hidden. Makes a nice look for the cross. She was very excited.
