  Ordered two of the same laptop keyboards. Product was advertised as open box when they were actually used/pre-owned. The two keyboards had different part numbers. Tested both, one worked, the one with the incorrect part number did not. They look identical and one only had a partial label so if they didn't look at every detail they wouldn't realize the keyboards weren't the same. Not worth the hassle to send back. Lesson: only buy if picture is of the actual item being shipped.
