  Ordered this product from the retailer in Japan. Expected delivery around Oct 2nd. Package arrived early. Per tracking information, it was left "in or at" my mailbox on Sep 24. We were out of town. I never received the package. It may have been stolen. Why did they leave it there? They could have dropped on the other side of my property's Driveway and Entrance, which is surrounded by a 6 Foot high, pointed, wrought iron fence?. All other delivery services do this easily. Very Disappointed!

I am not sure how the package was delivered by the USPS. I am embarrassed and ask for your pardon. I should have waited another day or two before posting.   The problem is not with the seller. The problem is with USPS. This is not the first time iv'e had problems with the postal service. The only thing I received in the mail was an empty package. The one star rating is because I have no item to rate. I would still probably use the seller again. But, would also caution them to maybe package more securely.

  The problem was not with the seller. It was USPS who dropped the ball. This isn't the first time iv'e had problems with the postal service. The one star rating is probably not fair to the seller. But since I didn't get the item how can I assess it?
