  Received product with rings intact. The material that holds the rings unfortunately created a bit of mess in the box. Had to order a new black insert foam piece on Amazon that set me back about $17. Material that originally held the rings appears to show its age given this is a 20 year old product. So I get it. Would have been nice if this was replaced or something. Not a huge deal. Just happy to have the rings still intact.
