  Very disappointed as the item has had bad repairs and has large chips on the ear as well as large crack in the base. None of this was revealed by the seller. I reached out to the seller 3 times requesting either a return of this item or a $ amount to make repairs as needed, there was no response from the seller!!!!!!! Clearly these defecs/damages should have been in the sellers decription.
