  Seller lacked transparency with the item as 3 of the pets arrived broken, and one missing that i’m now noticing when writing. In the photos, they were posed to look like they had no issues and additionally, there were no mentions of this in the description. I messaged seller asking about this, they offered a return and when I asked if I had to pay for shipping, I got no reply. Overall, seems very deceptive and would advise potential buyers to double check the quality of items sold by this seller

  The bag I purchased had the exact pattern on the bag as shown in the picture. I love the pattern. The seller was very open to communication about the cork cross bag. I love getting these cork bags from Portugal. They have plenty of room for everything you need. I completely trust this company to work with if one has any concerns. The cork is very unusual and people make comment about the cork all the time.
