    My sander came damaged. The box was pretty beat up. The first time I used it the sander was uncontrollable. I contacted Maxxt-tech to try and resolve this issue. I even sent them videos. After several days of back and forth emails with them I realized they were just giving me the runaround. It appears to be a good sander but in reality I just wasted $150 bucks. Bad customer service, I'll never buy from Maxxt-tech again

    Awful people. Amazon fulfillment. Didn't even put the item in a box to send. Just shipped an open box with no tape...nothing. Nothing in the box. Now they start the games. Don't buy anything from them. Its a scam. I hope karma humbles these so called humans.
