Welcome to my store! Now that I'm retired I am immersing myself in my favorite past time: searching for wonderful vintage items and other treasures to share with you! I love vintage and antique items. Every time I hold a piece I wonder who originally bought it. Did they admire it in a store window until they could afford to purchase it? Or was it a gift, perhaps for a wedding? Was the piece a treasure for display or a necessity of their daily life? Did children, playing a little too roughly, chip an edge? How many homes has the piece lived in? My mind fills with all sorts of possible stories each piece would tell if they could only share them! But most often the stories remain a mystery, leaving us with the scenes our minds conjure up as we daydream about the life of the piece we hold in our hands. The fun of the history and mystery of antiques and vintage!!
