  Item advertised as new with tags etc but this was not a new item. None of the new shrink wrapping was included, and the vacuum seal was not present. It came rolled only in the outer cloth drawstring bag, and visible material nicks. I have one of these pillows so I am aware how it should come new. If it were advertised as opened or used I would have been able to make the decision to find another item vs going through all the hassle to return. A refund was issued with the ebay guarantee.
