  Can’t say it’s a bad review because I have not received my item yet but my tracking is unavailable and trying to message the customer won’t let me so this is the only way to ask what’s going on

  This literally came to my house broken, the wire on the right hand side doesn’t even connect and doesn’t work. I waited over a month and a half for this zen and it’s broke. I doubt the seller even checks to see if their items even work before they sell them.

  This is a very cool and very quality device that came with lots of accessories. I would highly recommend this device to anyone looking for an autocather.
