  I received my 2 headrest monitors.One had a damaged screen.(not the fault of the seller) It was obviously damaged in transit.Ifitted the good one,and works perfectly.I only actually needed one,as I already had one in my car.The second one would have just been a spare.I ordered 2 off the seller as they were a great price.I got in touch with the seller,and very quick response.They have refunded me 50% of the price.Great seller and great communication

  Unfortunately this item was not the AZTTKIA model advertised. Seller was very understanding and offered me a partial refund if I kept the watch or a full refund if I returned it. I chose to return it and duly received a free return slip from the seller. Refund was immediate. Great service.
