Shews were new in box and sealed in water proof shipping bag. Quality of the shews reflects the amount I paid but needed them for a cheep costume. Believe I ordered a size 10 but more like a 9.5, once again spent $20 and had a nice value with free shipping. Had to explain to shipping company how to better deliver the items when 2 attempts failed. They eventually did and they are decent shews for the $.
