  Actual item came in new and good condition, its box not really but I don't mind. One star for shipping time because it took them 12 days and a cancellation request for them to finally ship it out but besides that it came faster than I thought. Overall good seller but please ship the items faster or at least let me know if there are any problems or delays, 12 days to ship out is diabolical.

  The condition of the box it was shipped in was not great, it was very beat up and had little holes in it, but the product itself was absolutely perfect. From what I can tell, it looks pretty official and I will definitely buy from this seller again.
