  After the shipping excursion across the southwest and back the item WAS distressed. Cracked and flaking on inside of the solid deodorant. 15 seconds in the microwave melted and re solidified then useable when rolled up, NOT the Sellers fault. The Post Office sent from Tenn. to Arizona, where it was passed around for several days, then sent to New Mexico for a day or 2 then to Dallas and Irving Tex finally being sent to destination in Arkansas via by way of Little Rock then my residence.
