Then puts in an oversized box with not enough fluff inside. As I took the box from the mail box and shook it it rattled, telling me poor packaging job. Shipping for an item that weighs 5oz with eBay’s discount would be 4.95 Also there description was wrong as there was 20% paint left on item. So was the item a good value No. due to excessive shipping charges. EBay correctly calculated the USPS Retail Shipping cost. The shipping box was 5"x5"x5", not oversized. The Metal Chef Figure, 3 1/4", was safely bubble wrapped. Paint loss was noted in the listing and there are three good pictures of this item in the listing. If paint loss was a concern, the buyer asked no questions.
