  I had an issue with the way the product (which I have ordered many times from this seller) was manufactured and was immediately contacted by the seller who was apologetic and offered many forms of excellent customer service. I would never hesitate to buy this much needed product from this seller. I have never had an issue with this product before and I am very pleased with the way that it was handled.

  Product seemed legit although when it arrived it appeared to have been previously utilized. The texture and smell were right but upon investigation I became weary and maybe should have been more so given the price. Due to potential contamination I tried to contact the seller on three occasions and was met with no response which prompted me to believe that it was indeed an illegitimate seller and product. I returned product and was able to get my money back.

  The price and therefore value was really great and I'm grateful they had for THICK hair indicated in the listing and that it says that on the container. It arrived in great condition, packaged well appears to be the real deal. I have not used the product yet but have used it in the past and find it helpful for my thick, grey but colored and coarse hair.
