    The shipping is very fast, and the device is packed very well and protected with bubble/foams. The seller is very professional and quick to respond to the issue I encountered with a DOA device. I understand that most of the used devices are still in a great condition. However, sometimes shipping or recycling process caused damage to products. Return and refund is very easy and fast. Trustworthy seller.

    Overall good the seller is very responsive to communications … but in the other hand they used fedex as a carrier and took longer than supposed to be for the item to arrive also box got damaged in transit due to bad FedEx handling

    On the first shipment, one of the rails arrived bent and with a broken section. Surely it happen during delivery. I contacted The Server Store to let them know, and they immediately told me to ditch the broken rail cause they were sending me another one. They did! It arrived quickly after. I will certainly keep them in my whitelist for future orders.
