The item was just as described, shipped to me with no fault due to the seller. The post office had issues with wanting to deliver to my door though. I live on the 3rd floor. The item was packaging was done so well that when the postal delivery person tossed it on the ground, the ceramic did not break. The value of the item is priceless to me because I had a gift just like this one that broke. It was very special to me and I thought i would never find it again. But I did! Thank you, Mary Grace!
