  Laptop arrived well packed and exceptionally clean, in like new condition. Exactly as described. Shipped in a very reasonable time frame, and even fully charged. Good job, and thank you very kindly!

  Item did not charge; seller promptly blocked us when contacted about returns and will not take returns. The condition of the charging port was horrible and won't charge with any charger.

  The seller sent the wrong item. But I must say they were very kind in admitting their mistake. They offered to refund the full amount if I returned the laptop, or a partial refund, whichever was better for both of us. I must say that the laptop, despite being the wrong model, still came in almost perfect condition. I hope what happened to me doesn't happen to you, but I recommend the seller.
