  Shipping was fast. I asked the seller to deliver the laptop before April 17th since I have jury duty that day. And he fulfill that request of mine. The laptop that was listed was already sold. But he did me a solid by selling X1E gen 3 which is better specs than the gen 1. Great value since the gen 3 was $150 more in price than gen 1. The packaging was good and laptop is well secured. I enjoy buying from this seller and hope to buy from seller in future. It also came with 135 watt charger.

  Laptop is as described and working great as well as the touch screen. The charger was working briefly but stopped out of the blue. Seller offered to replace free of charge but I opted to order one myself. Shipped totally sealed in wrap and a good package. Shipping was okay, but UPS likes to hold onto packages and take their time so it was 3 days late. Overall really good value all considered. I’m really happy with my purchase!

  The seller sent the wrong item. But I must say they were very kind in admitting their mistake. They offered to refund the full amount if I returned the laptop, or a partial refund, whichever was better for both of us. I must say that the laptop, despite being the wrong model, still came in almost perfect condition. I hope what happened to me doesn't happen to you, but I recommend the seller.
