    The seller responded quickly to my email and processed the refund without any issues. I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service. The item arrived in a sealed, unopened package. However, the seller is not responsible if the products malfunction. This was a manufacturer issue, not the seller. Will shop with them again.

    Really was new in original package! Seller shipped instantly. No delays, just great response. Got the item in perfect shape, even though the box clearly showed damage from being dropped. Item was packed well inside, so it did nothing to the 60 year old item. Would gladly buy from this seller again.
