    These days it can be difficult to find people who care about quality and going the extra mile. Jean really went out of her way to provide stellar service. After the purchase she messaged me with photos showing that she found a chip in one of the saucers. I told her I still wanted it, and she sent me an extra pair of teacups and saucers from the same set for no extra charge. I'm so thankful! I love these exquisite cups with their radiant flowers and butterflies.
