  Item arrived with just a minor spot of extra damage(one more layer of bubble wrap is all it needed) It already had a crack in the lower right bezel already and in shipping it got another one on the upper left side, but it is an easy fix with superglue of epoxy. Function is perfect and it's surprisingly bright, I was ready to order an LED upgrade as these older LCDs use CCFLs(cold cathode fluorescent lights) for backlighting and they last nearly as long as LEDs do. I might take it apart to check.

  item delivered was a dell laptop - it arrived in perfect condition, the pre-set up allowed me to start using it within 5 minutes after logging into my account, the packaging was excellent and fitted to withstand bumps, the delivery was timely and easy to track. the laptop appearance is like new, and the i could not be happier with the value that I received for paying the lesser amount compared to any other platform. lastly, the laptop quality is very high - no scratches, not even dust.
