  Ordered BP machine as stated and product was defective. Facilitated "return" via Ebay website and seller contacted me to cancel "return" and they would send another BP machine at no-charge. "Return" was cancelled and replacement BP received. Again was defective. Seller contacted and again stated they would send another BP machine. I declined and did not want to deal with a 3rd defective product. I asked for an authorization to return all equipment for a refund. No reply by Seller...

  Unit was a beat up scratched,dirty unit. Baught new battery and pads fir the AED and found out unit was non functional. Total waste of money. It is a paper weight at best.
