  This was my first purchase on eBay, so I was worried about the condition the scentsy might be in, but the item came in mint condition! Even the lightbulb still works. It was packed very securely and the cord was wrapped up like it would fresh out the package so it wouldn't tangle. I appreciated the attention to detail!
