  WORST customer service ever, Never responded to the messages and then after I committed to buying, It hasn't beeb 24 hours, I got a threatening message that I haven't gotten around to pay. less than 24 hours because of time difference,in NYC and Japan. when I was sleeping. I HATE seller like this, They just want. their money and will be aggressive but when you asked.questions, they never answer. So shamefu and dishonoable, you should be ashamed to be Japanese.   the item was listed as excellent. yet was scratched up all over the back and dented. this was not clear as the photos were low quality it was even more dented by the way it was posted,, i t was completely flat and did get bent in transit. Seller's English was poor, and seemed to have to go thru a 3rd party. communication was a struggle.
