It took five days for USPS to get this item out the origin city, and two weeks to cross the country. I can order something from rural England, it ships Royal Mail to DHL, costs similar to shipping by our main three providers, and have received items usually in 4 to 5 days. Ridiculous. I'm looking at your tracking now. It's showing it took seven days. For First Class across the country that's normal. I do offer faster shipping methods if you need them.. however those are not free.
