  The mug arrived with a broken handle and it is not clear from the photos nor description. It was immediately noticeable upon picking up the mug that it was not safe to use. I did contact the seller but they did not respond. Please look closely at the photos for items they list because I found the description for this listing misleading and the lack of response disappointing.
