  As described, I received the Zenbook in brand-new condition. There wasn't even dust on it. I'm very happy to have saved so much money buying my new laptop this way. It did come with a default "owner" user already configured, but I just factory reset and was up and running about 4 hours later. No problem at all. Very clean.

  I bought this backpack in green from Walmart 10 or so years ago. It’s my favorite of all the backpacks I have. It has travelled to many countries with me and is badly torn in some places. It’s difficult to find this model these days, this is why I bought the two the seller had although they are the same color. Then, I saw the no return policy. I was hoping there would not be any problems with the bags. I am happy to say both are new. If you get more in different colors, let me know
