  I ordered a hook and loop patch and they sent an iron on one. I contacted them and in less than 24hrs they had contacted me back, apologized, and already shipped out the correct one and never asked for the other one back. Within days I had the correct one. The mistake was a simple one to make and easy one to correct, but it was the customer service after the fact that was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Thanks again guys!
