  I had her verify that the suitcases had minor wear. The larger one was more than a little scratched, and had 6 bubbles in the structural sides. I'm not sure what could have caused this, maybe a lot of heat? I ask because I have another Heys suitcase that has served me well for 15+ years. The wheel broke off, so I was due. At least the smaller suitcase is in Great shape, and that's the one I use the most. So, my response is somewhat as described. I know that it's Heys quality.
