  Package was shipped wrong had to pay additional $20 on top just for an empty etb box

  I hate having to reply to stupid stuff like this: We shipped USPS - somehow FedEx became involved and charged them. We asked them to refuse but they did not so little we can do in that case. This was very weird and still unsure how FedEx ended up charging them additional postage for something we created a USPS label for on eBay. If buyer had refused this would be a non-issue - we did exactly what we were supposed to do creating USPS label on eBay.
