  We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. The CD you purchased was listed and sold brand new and factory sealed—exactly as described. As a sealed item, we had no way to test it and no reason to believe it wouldn’t play. Once opened, it is no longer returnable unless damaged in transit, which was not the case here. We take these accusations seriously and will be reporting this matter, including the messages received, to eBay for review.
