    Packaged well and a good price. The USPS delivery, on the other hand was horrible. I ordered it because the seller was in the next state over- figured it would be quick. 9 days later, and a couple of trips around New York according to the tracking info, and I finally got the bulbs :( Not the seller's fault- I did contact him and he was as helpful as he could be.

Well packed and promptly shipped (although USPS decided to take it for a tour of Georgia before delivering it to me, but that is not the seller's fault.)
