    This product was advertised as an OEM Curtis handheld controller but what arrived was cheap aftermarket junk. Classic bait-and-switch. When I confronted the seller, they asked me not to leave a review and not to open a claim with eBay – which should tell you everything you need to know. Getting my refund was like pulling teeth, dragged out and unnecessarily difficult. This seller is only interested in taking your money quickly and hoping you won’t push back. Do NOT waste your time or money.
