  Pre sold items, told me I was the last person to order, ultimately had to cancel because he could not provide the product. I suspect the delay was intentional so he could relist at a higher price.

  This is completely false. I told you there was a shipping delay by the manufacturer but I was willing to keep your order and honor the price. You told me to go ahead and cancel it, I'm sorry you're upset but with a little patience you would have eventually received your order.

  It's beautiful and new! Thank you for including the case cover. I have a bag with this pattern but the small eyeglasses case is prettier. The work done by this family and their artisans is beautiful, always such a treasure to me, and this is my 3rd eyeglass case for my 3rd new pair of glasses.
