  The package came in a very timely manor. Unfortunately, it came shattered, and it damaged the painting and the frame.  the seller said he would refund me everything and never got back to me. I didn’t think it was packed very properly. It was loosely wrapped with bubble wrap, and a bunch of popcorn in the middle. But I don’t think that would’ve mattered because it looked like somebody actually kicked the box that it came in. It’s a shame because I really love this artist.

  Seller did not respond to several requests to check with local USPS to find out where my package was. I had to ask Ebay to step in for help. If this seller had responded the first week, I feel the package would have been found, after four weeks, not much of a chance to find it. Seller did not take responsibility to do the right thing.
