  AVOID THIS SELLER! AT ALL COSTS! We sent him a working 15 Pro Max screen, they returned it to us in battered packaging so and when we checked the screen, lo and behold it was broken. When we contacted the seller to rectify this, they blamed us for breaking the screen and offered us a copy OLED screen in replacement, didn't even have the dignity to replace it with a genuine Apple screen all over £18!!!!

  Item all good, communication and delivery bit weird. Needed urgently, ordered Monday morning (it was marked dispatched) hoping the stated 24hr delivery would get it to me on Tuesday, waited in - nothing, Wednesday waited in again - nothing. Asked for tracking info (which took about 4 times of asking) found it hadn't been sent. Got on the Thursday in the end, installed no problem. Item fine but vague service needs improvement.
