  Absolutely love this phone. The screen is sharp and vibrant, the camera takes stunning photos, and everything runs smooth. Battery life easily lasts me all day. Samsung really nailed it with the S23+. Factory refurbished? The phone came to me looking practically brand new! Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thank you.

  Just as described, very happy. The item does appear brand new, with no cosmetic issues we can see. Came with good cord and wall adapter, not cheap ones, and shipped IMMEDIATELY. We had the phone in less than 48 hours. She says so far she has no issues with the phone and she is loving it.

  Phone arrived in good condition and everything works as it should. If you're expecting 9/10 in terms of cosmetics however, that won't be what you get. My phone came with scratches on the screen that I was able to feel with my fingernail. The edges were all scuffed up as well. With a case and screen protector these issues are FAR less noticeable. Decent value for what I received. I give everything a solid 4/5.
